Introduction:

Established in 2010, Environmental Sanitation Cambodia (ESC) is an independent Cambodian non-profit, non-partisan, non-governmental organisation (NGO).
Since it’s inception, ESC has partnered closely with the Bremen Overseas Research and Development Association (BORDA) to promote decentralized sanitation options through the dissemination of BORDA’s Decentralized Wastewater Treatment System (DEWATS) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), public institutions and communities.

To protect and promote public health in Cambodia, through the provision of demand oriented technical and social services, related to health and hygiene behavior change and appropriate, efficient, safe and sustainable management of animal, human, and industrial waste.
