88 Charcoal Company, a subsidiary of 88 Trading Company, was established in 2013 with the vision of being an environment friendly company by recycling timber wastes into a value product called charcoal.

History

before the establishment of 88 Charcoal Company, the parent company, 88 Trading Company has established itself as a reliable timber store operator, processing of sawn timber with value added and a logging contractor. In timber industry, the processing of logs into sawn planks had produce a lot of debris & waste e.g. sawdust. This has inspired the management to be more environmentally conscious and hence the establishment of 88 Charcoal Company.

Our Product

The charcoal produced by 88 Charcoal Company is manufactured to the highest quality and standard. Our charcoal is made from using tropical hardwood sawdust. Our modern carbonation process produces strong and high-density charcoal without the use of any additives, chemical or bonding agents. This has following benefits ;

The charcoal comes with unique hexagonal shape. This allows for efficient packing and storage, and easy stacking during usage. The round hole that runs through the middle of the charcoal ensures air inflow for efficient burning.

The charcoal is packed into 3kg, 5kg and 10kg packages respectively.
