Introduction:

China Gas Holdings Limited (stock code: 00384.HK) is a gas operator and service provider listed on the main board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. It primarily engaged in the investment, construction and operation of city and township gas pipeline infrastructure facilities, gas terminals, storage and transportation facilities, and gas logistics systems, transmission of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (“LPG”) to residential, industrial and commercial users, construction and operation of compressed natural gas/liquefied natural gas refilling stations as well as development and application of technologies relating to natural gas, LPG and other new energies in China.



As at 31 March 2019, the Group cumulatively secured a total of 542 piped gas projects with concession rights (including 365 city piped gas projects, 177 township “replacement of coal with gas” projects at county or district levels) in 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The Group also owns 17 natural gas long distance transmission pipeline projects, 575 CNG/LNG refilling stations for vehicles, one coal bed methane development project, 100 LPG distribution projects and 68 comprehensive energy supply projects with multi-energy complementation.
