Introduction:

Roqi provides supplies to up to 300 veterinary drugstores and farmer service centers throughout Georgia. Distribution is carried out from two warehouses. East Georgia gets supplies from Lilo warehouse; West Georgia gets supplies from Kutaisi warehouse.

Distribution personnel are staffed by sales representatives and specialists (vet, agriculturist). They are equipped with relevant technical equipment. Scheme of routs and movement are made for distribution crew on everyday basis.

Retail sales office provides services to farmers every day from 9:00 to 18:00 (except Sundays). 9 consultants (vets, agriculturists) work in the office. Consultations are free of charge. Farmers apply with seasonal or unexpected problems to consultants and get qualifies advice. Quality of works of consultation services and trust of farmers was tested by time. 325 700 consultation services were provided from the date of establishment.
