The Haven Sdn Bhd (852948-T) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd incorporated primarily to undertake the development of The Haven All Suite Resort & Residences.

Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 27 June 2002 as a property development company. The Company started with development and management of a total 80 acre mixed development project at Tambun, Ipoh. The mixed development consists of 9 blocks of 576 apartment units and 3 blocks of 512 condo units.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, comfortable resort hotel suites for owners and guests purchasing the suites to visit or as a second home.
