Introduction:

Icon Klub has been around since 2009, with a spirit of the 1920's... maybe something I brought with me from another life to this existence, bringing lots of great and equally useful experiences into many lives including my own.

There has never been two nights the same, and within the walls, it feels like time loses function. Familiar faces turn up again year to year and sit in their favorite spot as if they've never left at all.

Best if you come with no expectations because I have no idea what kind of a day I had, but the drinks will always be good.

I like taking snapshots of the nights if i get around it, so if you are a spy or working for the FBI or wish to remain anonymous for personal reasons, do let me know. ...but remember: Bill Murray wouldn't mind such intrusion

Don't ask me how did I end up in Laos because I only answer to "good questions". :)

There is a bell. Ring it if you have a deep intention to buy a round for the bar, otherwise we all might just get a heart-attack from sudden and falsely inflicted hope, and nobody will like you.

If you are already illuminated, you will not be served.

If you seem like you have had enough to drink already, you will be reminded.

If you are not served immediately, it is because I'm still catching up on orders-given it is and Extremely Busy Night. Do not take it personally.

What I wish the most for 2019, is to have a drink with Patti Smith and hear her sing at my little bar ...

The bar will be operating until the day it suddenly disappears, and it will all feel like ... a dream ...
